Perishable food
For food safety we can't take back fresh, chilled or frozen food that has left us, unless it is faulty. If it is, please report it (see our Refund Policy) — you usually won't need to bring it back; a photo is enough.
Non-perishable items
Unopened non-perishable goods (such as pooja items, utensils and household goods) can be returned to the shop within 14 days with your order number, in their original condition.
Rejecting items at the door
You can refuse any item at collection or delivery — for example a substitute you don't want — and you won't be charged for it.
