2. Placing an order
Orders are placed in the Angadi app. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong — if so we will tell you and you won't be charged for it.
3. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Weighed items (such as meat, fruit and vegetables) are priced by weight; the final price reflects the actual weight packed and may differ slightly from the estimate.
4. Substitutions
If an item is unavailable we may offer a suitable substitute of equal or better value. You may reject a substitute at collection or delivery and will not be charged for it.
5. Pick-up and delivery
Please collect within your chosen slot. Uncollected chilled or frozen orders may be cancelled after [x] hours. For delivery, someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive age-restricted items. See our Delivery Policy.
6. Pre-Buy and festival packages
Pre-Buy packages are reserved for you and made up for a set date. Contents may vary slightly with seasonal availability. Cancellation terms are in our Refund Policy.
7. Age-restricted products
We do not sell age-restricted products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID on collection or delivery.
8. Loyalty points and offers
Reward points and coupons have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire. We may change or end the loyalty scheme with reasonable notice.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
